Chardonnay - There is an enticing combination of freshly squeezed lemon, melon, and pineapple on the nose with a touch of vanilla bean and ginger. The palate is energetic, zesty, and pure with a delightful creamy texture and a long, lingering finish. Zingy citrus gives the wine great focus, and the lovely integrated oak gives ample structure to this memorable Chardonnay. Uniquely textured and fresh in its youth, this wine should develop beautifully for 9+ years.

Rosé - The 2022 Pinot Noir Rosé has a vibrant pink colour that hints at the great concentration and fresh aromas that will unfold in the glass. Intensely fragrant, the floral notes and bright red fruit with a creamy texture sing beautifully of “classic” Central Otago Rosé. Enticing aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, rose petals and red apple are carried long on the palate by the fresh acidity. This dry-style Rosé has amazing fruit weight that is perfectly balanced by tangy acidity making it a wonderful wine on its own and fantastic for summer BBQs and outdoor dining. With each new vintage, Wild Earth set out to make a complex Rosé that is balanced and engaging – truly a kaleidoscope for the senses.

Pinot Noir - Deep garnet hue with intense aromas of plum, blackberry, cassis, cedar, sage, mushroom and a hint of game. The cooler 2020 vintage has delivered an intriguing wine with great concentration and a remarkable core with layers of dark red fruit, wild herb and distinctive earthy flavours complementing a highly focused palate with great intensity and length. Silky fine tannins, vibrant fruit and intense aromas complement a serious structure with so much finesse. Harmonious and inviting, this Pinot Noir is drinking beautifully as a young wine and should continue to deliver enjoyment for 15+ years.
